• For emergent health issues dial 911 or present to your nearest Emergency Department. In Nanaimo the Emergency Department is located in the Nanaimo Regional General Hospital at 1200 Dufferin Cres.

• For general medical advice, dial 811 to speak to a health services navigator, who can connect you directly with a registered nurse, a registered dietitian, a qualified exercise professional, or a pharmacist. This is a free of charge service operated by HealthLink BC.

• Caledonian Clinic patients who have an urgent but not emergent issue after hours regarding treatment provided through this practice which can be addressed over the phone may call 250 753-3202 after hours to leave a message for an on-call physician. This is for urgent medical advice only - no appointments will be booked or cancelled.
